Amsterdam Private Tour Guide

My name is Denny van Dongen and I am an official guide for Amsterdam and the Netherlands and Belgium.  If you wish so I can guide you around the BeNeLux.  I am a member of GUIDOR, the Dutch Association of Tourist Guides and have experience in the field of tourism for more than 20 years.

My City- My city is Amsterdam, a beautiful town with a very nice historical centre of canals and gable houses, bridges and a lot of important museums.  I do tours as well in The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, Utrecht, Alkmaar and the famous fisherman village of Volendam and Marken as well to the windmill park of the Zaanse Schans.  In Belgium I can guide in Brussels, Antwerp, Gand and Bruges.

About Me- I am educated as a master of arts in art history and therefore I can give you an introduction in Dutch and Flemish art history by explaining the paintings there.  I can do tours as well in Italian, French, German and Dutch as I am fluent in those languages. Of course I speak fluently English.

Special Interest Tours- Special Interest Tours are made all over the Netherlands and Belgium concerning the waterworks, agriculture and of course my specialty ; art tours in various museums all over the country...

My Prices

Prices of Tours are 150 euro for a half day tour (walking tours of max. 3 hours in the city of Amsterdam) or by bus or boat.  A full day service is also possible and costs 250 euro.  If you only like a short time of 2 hours, it can be booked for 100 euro.
