My name is Ingrid Lawrence-van Bijnen and I am based in Amsterdam. I am a qualified National Tourist Guide and can take you on a private tour (walking and/or driving) in Amsterdam or throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.

My city – Amsterdam is very much alive with a rich history, which dates back to 1275. Musts in Amsterdam are: the old city with the famous canals, Royal Palace at Dam Square, the Red Light District (don’t be put off by the name, it is the oldest part with the Old Church), the Rijksmuseum (with many works of Rembrandt, Vermeer, Frans Hals) or the Van Gogh Museum (with the largest collection of Van Gogh paintings) and a visit to a Diamond Factory. 

Just outside of Amsterdam is the typical Dutch polder landscape with quaint little villages like Edam (cheese market), Volendam and Marken (fishing), cheese farms and windmills.

About me – I can help you plan this special trip to the Netherlands and accompany you as a driver/guide on your discovery of the beauties of Holland and Belgium (Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels). I can take you to places the regular excursions never go. I am fluent in Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German. My motto is: service with a smile.

As a guide on a coach:
160 Euro per 4 hours
275 Euro per 8 hours
45 Euro per extra hour
Driver/guide of a Chevrolet Trans Sport (6 passengers + driver) with double air-conditioning:
260 Euro per 4 hours (max 200 km)
260 Euro per 8 hours (max 300km)
55 Euro per extra hour
For tours longer than 5 (full days) there is a 10% discount.
