My name is Daniela, I am a licensed private independent Tour Guide of Lake Como and a licensed Tour Leader all over Italy and Europe.  I plan tours in the area of Lake Como for individuals, families and large groups according to your interests and demands. I am also a member of the main tourist guides association of my area.

My Region- Lake Como is the third largest of the Italian lakes, situated close to Switzerland and Milan where it can be easily reached. When you get there you often feel the impression that time has stopped at the romantic age. You will be enchanted by ancient elegant Villas and the lush gardens of the western shore (a perfect union of architecture and nature) as well as the typical and charming villages. There is also no doubt that you will be captivated by the town of Como with its interesting cathedral, precious Romanesque churches, open squares, palaces, medieval streets and its silk tradition.  A corner of Italy that you can’t miss!

About me: Lake Como area is the place where I was born and grew up. I feel a deep bond with My Lake, I love my job and I love to get people in touch with my land, its beauty and traditions!
That’s my full time job, I guide in English and French.  According to the Italian law I have the regular licenses for tour guide and tour leader, achieved through exams issued by the region Lombardy.

Special interest tours : Let us discover the Lake by a boat tour with stops to visit the main Villas: Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta , Villa Melzi and the nicest lake resorts such as Bellagio  known as the “Pearl of Lake Como”, Tremezzo, Menaggio, Varenna … Lunch or dinner in the typical restaurant to taste the local gastronomy.

City tours of Como: an interesting stroll among the streets of the historical center to know the most interesting monuments and corners of the town. A visit of the Silk museum that tells us the ancient techniques of the silk production and manufacturing in Como.
