My name is Cristina, since July 2000 I am a licensed private independent guide in Lisbon and others towns in Portugal.  As a private guide, I run a company which specializes in providing guides for private tours.  I offer a friendly personal service which can be tailored to your requirements.

My City- Lisbon is located on the southwest side of the Atlantic Coast and is the capital of Portugal.  It dates from over 19 centuries and in 1147 was conquered by the Moors.  In the Baixa, the downtown area of Lisbon you will discover Lisbon's eldest quarters.  One of the most relevant ones is "The Alfama,” which displays a lot from its original layout and stayed put during the 1755 earthquake.  Others fantastic quarters are the Castelo and Mouraria, which are located in the western and northern sides where the exclusive St. George's Castle rests.  Heading to the west side, you will encounter Madragoa and Bairro Alto and on the western side, Belem, whose Tower protects and surrounds the entrance to Lisbon.  Visit the Jerónimo´s Monastery, a masterpiece of Manueline architecture and was recently named and international Heritage by UNESCO.

About Me- I am Portuguese, 35 years old, and I have been a professional guide for 5 years.  English and French are my best foreign languages and I have studied history and arts.  Personal approach and a genuine hospitable are my trade marks.

Walking Tours:

Half-Day Tour (up to 3 hrs): 120 Euros (Up 6 Pax)
Full-Day Tour (up to 6 hrs): 240 Euros (Up 6 Pax)
Additional Hour : 40 Euros
Driving Tours (air conditioned car)- Coach tours are priced on request.
Thematic Tours- Prices negotiable depending on requirements.

These rates do not include entrance fees and transportation costs (prices and arrangements upon request).
