Terms and ConditionsTravels with Friends works with local tour guides and tour operators in Europe to offer you private tours. By submitting a reservation for a private tour you are accepting the Terms and Conditions below.
General TermsCONFIRMATION- When your tour is confirmed you will be sent a written confirmation via mail or fax. You are responsible to review it and make sure that all of the details are accurate. Travels with Friends cannot be responsible for inaccurate information once you have accepted the confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed upon, your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby. Belgium TermsSERVICES- Prices include a licensed guide. Transportation is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit for themselves and the guide. PRICES: Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Entrance fees are per person and are to be paid in advance with the tour. Prices do not include meals or optional tips. Stops for meals or shopping are included in your tour time. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION: The law of the Belgium applies. The tour member must bring any legal action against the local guides in Brussels at the place where they have their registered offices. CANCEL OR NO SHOW: Cancellations prior to payment have NO penalty. Once payment is processed, the tour is non-refundable. Last minute cancellations will require that you contact the local guide. Denmark TermsSERVICES- Prices include a licensed guide. Transportation is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit for themselves and the guide. PRICES: Prices are shown in Euro but actual charges made to your credit card will be in Danish Kroner, equal to the Euro amount. The confirmed price includes tax however you will be charged for service and tax separately, equal to the total amount on your confirmation. Entrance fees are per person and are to be paid in advance with the tour. Prices do not include meals or optional tips. Stops for meals or shopping are included in your tour time. PAYMENT- A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) is required to confirm your reservation, with payment processed approximately 14 days before your tour. We suggest that you notify your credit card company of the upcoming transaction to avoid a "decline notification." If your card is declined we reserve the right to cancel your tour. Travels with Friends is not responsible for cancelled tours due to non-payment. CANCEL OR NO SHOW: Cancellations prior to payment have NO penalty. Once payment is processed, the tour is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days you will be responsible to contact the local guide. France TermsSERVICES- Prices include transportation. A a licensed guide is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit needed for themselves and or the guide. PRICES: Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Entrance fees are per person and are to be paid in advance with the tour. Prices do not include meals or optional tips. Stops for meals or shopping are included in your tour time allotment. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION: The law of France applies. The tour member must bring any legal action against the local provider in Paris at the place where they have their registered offices. CANCEL OR NO SHOW: Cancellations prior to payment have NO penalty. Once payment is processed, the tour is non-refundable. Last minute cancellations always require that the traveler contact the local guide office. Greece TermsSERVICES- Prices include a licensed guide. Transportation is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit for themselves and the guide. PRICES: Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Entrance fees are per person and are to be paid in advance with the tour. Prices do not include meals or optional tips. Transportation is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit for themselves and the guide. The tour member must bring any legal action against the local guides in Amsterdam at the place where they have their registered offices. CANCEL OR NO SHOW: Cancellations prior to payment have NO penalty. Once payment is processed, the tour is non-refundable. Last minute cancellations will require that you contact the local guide. Poland TermsSERVICES- Prices include a licensed guide. Transportation is not included on walking tours. The client is responsible to pay for any public transit for themselves and the guide. Otherwise transportation is provided in non-smoking, air-conditioned sedans, minibuses, mid size buses or coaches. PRICES: Prices are shown in Euro and are subject to change until confirmed. Prices include toll fees, gas and parking. Entrance fees are per person and are to be paid in advance with the tour. Prices do not include meals or optional tips to drivers or guides. Stops for meals are included in your tour time. PAYMENT- A credit card (Visa or MasterCard ONLY) is required to confirm your reservation, with payment processed approximately 14 days before your tour.
